RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Carefone for your purchase. We genuinely hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you find yourself not entirely content with your purchase, whether due to damage, defects, or any other reason, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return policy. Please review the following information to understand our return policy in detail.

RETURNS FOR MOBILE COVERS & CASES

  • All return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items should be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging and protective films still intact (if applicable).
  • In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please promptly send us photos via email or WhatsApp for a more efficient resolution process.
  • Please note that used products cannot be returned. Additionally, peeling off protective films or damage caused by the customer voids the return policy.
  • Basic wear and tear are normal with regular product use.
  • Customized cases are generally not returnable; however, exceptions may apply for products with manufacturing defects.
  • Please note that each original order can be returned just once. Subsequent returns of the same order will not be accepted.

RETURNS FOR TEMPERED GLASS

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for Tempered Glass or any type of Screen Protectors. However, if you receive damaged products, we are more than willing to exchange them for you, provided valid proof of unboxing is provided.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, we offer three convenient options:

  1. Log in to Your Account:

    • Using the same email ID that was used for placing your order, log in to your account. You might have to create an account when logging in for the first time.
    • Select the specific order you wish to return within your account.
  2. Visit the Returns Page:

    • Reach out to our dedicated customer support team through chat, email, or phone. Our friendly representatives are ready to assist you in initiating the return process.

Upon receiving your return request, we will promptly arrange a reverse pickup from the shipping address.

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will promptly process your return. Please allow a minimum of five (5) days from the time we receive your item for the return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been successfully processed.
